Senior Designer at Stumptown Coffee Roasters with a passion for high-touch hospitality. I have an interdisciplinary approach to design and am a team oriented collaborator who seeks to create impactful work that matters to people.  

EXPERIENCE

Senior Designer, Stumptown Coffee Roasters; Brooklyn, NY — 2018–Present

I have worked on campaigns with Iggy Pop and co-created a Stumptown variety show. My team innovated and branded our Cold Brew with Oatly beverage which has been sold into Whole Foods and grocery distribution nationally. I have designed countless newsletters, Instagram stories, and online ads to reach audiences from all over the world.

Freelance Artist/Designer — 2016-2018

Freelance work varied from branding and strategy for clients, showing and selling my personal artwork, and developing my skills in digital illustration and motion graphics. 

Partner/Designer, AM Independent; Tacoma, WA — 2015-2017

AM Independent is the name of the design studio I co-founded after graduating PNCA. I worked closely with a partner focusing on design, branding, and marketing. We worked with a wide range of clients and executed jobs that varied in application and scope. Some of our clients included the City of Tacoma, Society 6, the Grand Cinema, and the 6th Ave Business District. 

Design Intern, Phase2 Technologies; Portland, OR — 2015

Phase2 is a digital design agency specializing in content management platforms and website development for large organizations. Our clients included the White House, the NBA, and several federal US state sites. At Phase2 I was part of a newly formed internal design team focusing on the Phase2 brand and overall communication strategy for business to business outreach. 

Barista — Stumptown Coffee Roasters; Portland, OR 2010-2014

I was a barista at Stumptown at the Ace Hotel. I made espresso drinks, provided hospitality to new faces, and had a great time doing it.
